Shipping and returns

Shipping

All items are handmade to order and shipped from Portugal within 1-3 working days - signature on delivery.

- If your item is delayed, please check:

- the address you provided at checkout is correct
- there are any delays with customs in your country or from extremes in weather
- you either missed the delivery or weren't in at the time

- Please contact me if your order has not reached you within the above time scale and I will refund your order for you

- If your order is returned to me and you would like it posted back out, please note you will have to cover the cost of shipping

-Import duties, taxes and/or customs fees are not included in the item price. You are responsible for paying any additional charges there may be on delivery

-Invoices are not included with orders.  I do however have to include the price on the customs label attached to the front of parcels to be processed

Returns & cancellations

- If you are unhappy for any reason with your order, returns in their original packaging and condition in which they were sent are gladly accepted within 14 days of receipt  *Please note refunds exclude the cost of posting the item to you*
