Shipping

All items are sent gift wrapped.  

For tracked shipping, please select 'Upgraded shipping' at checkout

 UK 

Royal Mail first class - 1-3 working days (£2.30)

Royal Mail tracked - 1-3 working days, tracking reference provided (£4.00)


International 

Europe

Royal Mail first class - 3-20 working days, no tracking (£5.50)

Royal Mail first class tracked - 3-20 days with tracking reference (£13.50)

US and Canada 

Royal Mail first class - 5-20 working days, no tracking (£5.50)

Royal Mail first class tracked - 5-20 days with tracking reference (£13.50)

 

Royal Mail considers an item lost when:

UK - item has not arrived after 10 working days
Europe - item has not arrived after 20 working days
Rest of the world - item has not arrived after 25 working days

- If your item is delayed, please check:

- the address you provided at checkout is correct
- there are any delays with customs in your country or from extremes in weather
- you either missed the delivery or weren't in at the time

- Please contact me if your order has not reached you within the above time scale and I will refund your order for you

- If your order is returned to me and you would like it posted back out, please note you will have to cover the cost of shipping

-Import duties, taxes and/or customs fees are not included in the item price. You are responsible for paying any additional charges there may be on delivery

-Invoices are not included with orders.  I do however have to include the price on the customs label attached to the front of parcels to be processed

 

Returns & cancellations

- If you are unhappy for any reason with your order, returns in their original packaging within 14 days are gladly accepted  *Please note refunds exclude the cost of posting the item to you*

- Please contact me within 14 days of delivery if you would like to return an item.  Items must be sent back within 30 days of purchase. 
-Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Items on sale

- All items are thoroughly checked before posting and described honestly. If you have any problem with an item damaged in the post, please do get in touch to organise either a refund or exchange.  I want you to be totally delighted with your purchase and nothing less :)
