Fairy tale bird necklace

Fen & Co gorgeous handmade parakeets snuggling amongst the blossom! Two beautiful tropical bird antique illustrations turned into beautiful wearable art.

This sweet whimsical necklace is handmade using sustainably grown 4 mm thick Birch wood and a restored illustration from my antique postcard collection. I start by restoring the antique image back to it's original detail and colour. These are then printed by a local company specialising in gallery standard artwork using fade resistant inks.

Each pendant on 4mm thick sustainably grown Birch wood and finished with a lovely gloss sealant. Parakeets can be strung on either a lovely figure of eight antique bronze or antique silver trace chain, both are tarnish resistant and lead and nickel free. A variety of lengths and your chain can be selected at checkout.

Necklaces come in a deluxe branded presentation box and shipped in a reinforced box. All my packaging is plastic free and sourced from companies passionate about the environment.
