Bluebird earrings
Beautiful flying blue bird earrings.
These beautiful antique images are originally from a postcard, carefully restored by me and applied to sustainably grown 4mm thick Birch wood. The artwork is printed locally by a specialist company using the latest fade resistant inks.
Each earrings is individually lasered to ensure I get the exact finish I'm after then hand paint with a luxurious gloss sealant and attached to hoops or kidney wire your choice at checkout. The backs are neatly painted black.
Size of blue bird - 2.2 cm W x 2.7 cm H
Hoop size goldfill, silver plate and sterling silver - 2 cm
Hoop size antique bronze - 2.5 cm
What is goldfill? Goldfill is a solid gold layer over a base metal. It has the same appearance as high karat gold and is 5-10 times thicker than gold plate and tarnish resistant. An excellent mid point between solid gold and gold plate. Your blue birds will come gift wrapped, presented on branded Kraft card, wrapped in eco tissue paper and placed in an organza bag.
All my packaging is plastic free and sourced from environmentally responsible companies.
As these earrings are made from paper and wood, please keep them away from water if you want to keep them forever.
