Dragonfly necklace

Fen & Co handmade dragonfly necklace using sustainably grown Birch wood. Myth has it that dragonflies were once dragons, To the Japanese, it symbolises summer and autumn, to the Chinese; prosperity, harmony and good luck.

To finish the piece I've adorned the catch with a gorgeous wire wrapped shiny black pearl, strung at the catch so it'll hang delicately on the nape of your neck.

Necklaces can be strung on antique bronze patterned chain or antique silver trace chain, both tarnish resistant and lead and nickel free.

This lovely dragonfly necklace is sure to bring a touch of brightness and joy to your day. As with all the vintage prints I use, this one has been carefully selected for it's detail and vibrancy.

Each dragonfly is handmade by me using a restored antique illustration, which I apply to  4 mm thick sustainably grown Birch wood. I laser each dragonfly and finish with a luxurious gloss sealant to bring out the detail and colour. All my lasered work is carefully painted on the back to giving a professional finish to each piece.

Please note - all my vintage print jewellery comes with two coats of varnish for protection, but they must be kept away from excess water.

Your dragonfly will come presented in a beautiful deluxe branded box. All of my packaging is plastic free and sourced from companies who care about our environment.
